Tuesday, Sept 14 Joint FCEPTA, MHS PTSA and MEHMS PTA Meeting with Dr. Noonan @ Meridian at 7 p.m.	Informal social hour for parents will follow the meeting- we hear Mike Sakata is buying (that could be a rumor though - just seeing if you're paying attention).

Friday, Sept 16 Mary Ellen Henderson Bday Party Lazy Mikes's 3-8 pm	Celebrate Mary Ellen Henderson's birthday with a special treat for purchase at Lazy Mikes! Follow us on social for details!

Join the PTA for the 2022-23 school year! Your $20 membership dues give you access to the online student directory and will provide funding for:

Teacher grants for curriculum enhancement in the classroom
School assemblies and whole-school learning programs
Parent programs featuring experts on student learning trends, curriculum, and social issues

Materials for special programs (Music, Theater, PE, Art)
Supplies for the classrooms
Student social events
Staff appreciation events
Welcome events

To celebrate your perseverance we invite you to guess the image and the location and win a "special prize" which will be delivered to your home in my glamorous van or in "mellow" (a 2002 Ford Thunderbird convertible - depends on the weather). Send your answer to mehmsptapresident@gmail.com. First correct answer is the winner and will be announced with much fanfare next week.
